By accessing or using the SchoolMate mobile application (the “App”) provided by CONSTANT MADE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).

Content and Services
The App provides a variety of resources, including but not limited to, a grade calculator, GPA calculator, grade predictor, flexible schedule manager, flashcards, and assignments tracker. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any content or services at our discretion.
Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of your use or access to the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
